"Horses are in touch with their feelings, emotions and energies.

Medicine Horses are those who are able to consistently bring themselves back into a peaceful energetic balance. They are constantly assessing and feeling as new energies come into their surroundings, and in turn bringing their herd mates and human friends back into a balanced state while re-balancing and re-grounding themselves as the feelings and energies change."

"No matter who or what enters the energy field of these magnificent healers, no matter how ‘off balance’ they might be, the Medicine Horse will bring them into balance by bringing himself or herself back into balance, in the herd."

"Horses are also likely to have what science has identified as “coherent” heart rhythm (heart pattern) which explains why we may ‘feel better’ when we are around them. Studies have found that a coherent heart pattern or HRV is a robust measure of well-being and consistent with emotional states of calm and joy - that is, we exhibit such patterns when we feel positive emotions."

"A horse works from a place of equality and flow.
You cannot fool a horse by putting on a happy face.
Although duality makes them uncomfortable, a horse does not judge;
instead, they mirror your behavior and adjust theirs to support your flow and your healing."
